Hi. I want to go to Hong Kong soon. I am a philippines passport. Somebody tell me i need to have a letter of support to even check out of the philippines. They will sell me a letter that is necessary for me to travel to Hong Kong that says I have somebody to take responsiblity for me in Hong Kong. Is this really necessary.
