My flight back to Malaysia from Hong Kong is at night 8:30pm. I stay at Tsim Sha Tsui.May I know where can I spend my day on the last day of trip? Any visiting place close to airport? Is there a place that I can place my luggage.By the way, we have 2 adults and 3 children.

Try this one! Go to the airport around 10:00 and finish check-in firstly. Then, departing from the airport, please take the bus S1 to Tung Chung railway station. From here, you could take the Ngong Ping 360 cable car to visit the Giant Buddha. Finally, take the same way back to the airport around 18:00.
