I will be flying in to shanghai pudong airport and I plan to take a Dtrain (Bullet train) to Zhengzhou. Can someone help me please:

1. Is there a connecting Dtrain station from pudong airport? Where is nearest Dtrain station from Pudong airport? Is it far from the airport? How much does it cost for me to take a taxis from Pudong airport to the Dtrain station?

2. Can I book in advanced a Dtrain ticket now? How do I go about doing it?

2. Which train station should I get out at Zhengzhuo? My destination is Zhengzhou Railway Vocational Institute.
