About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Good afternoon. Prompt me please, I am on Phuket, to me and my wife needs to get a visa on a year to China, Original invitation on two persons am. In what town it is possible to get such visa. Presently I live and work in Phuket, have a Work Permit.

Thank you for an answer, another question. I have invitation which is given out for an appeal after a visa in the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Russia. Do I can with such invitation to appeal to the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Songkhla for the receipt of visa?
