DEAR SIR,PLZ LET ME CLEAR ABOUT FOLOWING:01. IF CHINA EMBASSY REFUSE THE VISA  APPLICATION THEN WILL ANY SCOPE FOR APPEAL?02. IF CHINA EMBASSY REFUSE THE VISA APPLICATION THEN IS THERE ANY SCOPE FOR RESUBMIT THE APPLICATION BY USING SAME INVITATION LETTER?

1. there must be reason for not issuing the visa for you, I don't think you can appeal. Meanwhile, the foreign Affairs Administry of China stipulated that China Embassy has the right to reject any visa application without giving explanation.2. I think you can resubmit your application, but you'd better enquire the China Embassy firstly.
