About:Chinese Embassy in France

Good day,
I am french citizen actually in Thailand for tourism and i would like to know if i can get a tourist visa for China in Bangkok embassy.
is 3 month visa available ?
What will be cost and delay.

I think you can. The visa fee is THB 1,100.
