About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

DEAR SIR,

I M A MANAGER OF A PRIVATE COMPANY. I HAVE A MEETING WITH A CHINA SUPPLIER AND I NEED TO ATTEND THIS MEETING ON BEHALF OF MY COMPANY. ALREADY I GOT INVITATION LETTER FROM RESPECTIVE COMPANY OF CHINA AND ALSO GOT CERTIFICATE OF LOCAL AUTHORITY. NOW PLZ LET ME CLEAR HOW CAN I APPLY TO THE EMBASSY FOR VISA AND WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS NEEDED?

you can go to the China emabssy to apply for the vis ain person or entrust a travel sgency to process it for you.
The requirements are:
1. Valid passport (at least six months before expiration) with blank visa pages and copy of the first three pages;
2. TYPED Visa Application Form with one passport photo.
3. Applicants who have never been to China before should submit in person.
4. Original Visa Notice Form issued by authorized departments of Chinese Government.
Thus, you still have to ask your China Supplier to apply for a Visa notice for you from their local Foreign Affairs office.
