About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

Dear sir
i was studying chinese langiage at East china normal university about 6 months ago . unfortunately during my study there i got heart attack and i had done heart operation there in shanghai (chang hai hospital ) the professor told me go my home country for take rest and should come every sex months for checkup and drug adjestment ,last week my heart was painful and i vist and indian heart specialist here in afghanistan he sugest me go back china for visisting chinese profissor whos done my heart operation .
so now i am whining go back shanghai (changhai hospital) for my heart treatment .please help me how can i get the visa for china .what kind of documents do i need for my visa . thanks in advance

I think you should apply for a China L tourist visa from the China Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan with the following documents:
1.Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.Round-trip air ticket.
4.Hotel reservation.
