Good day, I am frenc citizen and i would like to konow if i can get a tourist visa for China in Yangon embassy. What will be cost and delay. how long is the visa regards

The visa fee is $30 for a single entry for french citizens.The regular processing time is 4 working days and there are 2-3 working days express ervixe and same say rush service, but you have to pay additional fees.
