I will be in Macau from Dec 24th and I would like to make a day trip to Zhuhai for shopping and a little sightseeing. Please advice what is the best way to get there. Thanks you.

Macau shares boundary with ZHuhai and the border custom between them called Gongbei. I have no idea where are you in Macau. No matter where,  you should take a city bus to Barrer Gate to Gongbei, pass the check-point, you are in GOngbei of Zhuhai.
