I plan to go to Metro City mall to buy digital camera, is this close to Ramada Plaza hotel? Also, I wanna buy elegant and fashionable shoes that are not expensive. Where should I go?

Thanks for the help. I also wanna ask, is it true that some stores where you buy stuffs and you pay for it, some vendors will say that the money you gave them is fake? coz this happens in shenzhen.
