im travellig to guizhou on the 21st of november for abt a week roughly how much is standard fee for a hotel and how is the weather like around this time

You need to wear sweater and jacket at that time. It snowed in Nov 20 in 2009. However 2009 is a cold year and I can not tell how it is like in this year. Here are some hotels in Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou.
