I'm afriad that it is difficult to get a work visa within China, you can first go to the local Public Security Bureau to enquire this issue and get a sure answer.

Hi neelam...

I am sure , but i heard from some sources that F visa holder has to apply for Z visa in her country not in the country of residence. But check with consulate or embassy. Can you give me your id?

In principal, it is possible for you to change F visa to Z visa, you can have a try in the local public security bureau, it is not 100%.

It can't be accepted as the degree, the bachelor degree is required for getting the the certificate or the confirmation letter for foreign experts from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of PRC; Then you can apply ofr work visa.
