Hi!
from which agency/ government should my employer go for my working permit? please help
they are not so familiar with this matter. Thanks

If you are foreign experts, scholars, teachers or managers to be working in Mainland China, your employer should apply for work permit from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of PRC;

Your employer can also get the work permit from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the PRC
