About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

Help! The chinese embassy has my passport and nobody will answer the phone to let me know if I will get it back in time for my holiday! It's already been 10 days :(

I'm afriad that it is better for you to send a fax to the embassy to enquire the visa processing, As I know, the phone of the embassy is hard to get through and most phones are answer-phone.
