is it possible to get a hong kong visa through the chinese embassy and do the requirements change thats between hong kong and china

yes, you can apply for Hong Kong visa through the Chinese embassy, but sometimes, the embassy need get the approval of the Immigration office of HKSAR government, so it will takes 1 month for processing.
