May be snowing, but it rare to snow there. Jan is the coldeat month. Temperature there is about 9-10C at daytime and a bit coller at night. It is wet and cold. If you are afraid of cold weather, wear down coat.

The weather in Winter time is groomy and wet. That's why when the weather forecast says 5 degrees. But the body feeling tempreture might be only 2 degrees. Be well prepared of cold and wet days.
