my friend went to china with a valid visa approved by china embassy in kl recently.

Question

My friend went to China with a valid Visa approved by China Embassy in KL recently. However when she reached Beijing, she was refused entry and was asked to return immediately on the next flight. She has gone to China Embassy in KL to enquire about her status, but no one was able to help her. May I know if anyone can provide any info in such cases?  When would the refusal be lifted and she can enter China again? Thank you

I think there is something wrong with her China visa.
