Hi i am goin to guangzhou tomorrow, will reach baiyun airport ard 10pm...how much wil the taxi cost to Baigong Hotel (Ren Min Nan Road)...is the shuttle bus still available at night?thanks alot

It is about 120rmb from the airport to the hotel by taxi. Yes, there are shuttle bus available at night, but no bus line will lead to this hotel. You can take airport bus to the city center and then change to a taxi to your hotel then.
