About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hello,
This is John and i would like to know is it possible for a person with having F visa to get marry with a Chinese girl?
And could you please tell me what will happen next with the F Visa after getting marry ? or the category of the F Visa will be change to other?

You can get marry with a Chinese with a F visa, but you have to register your marriage in China.

Your F visa won't be changed even if you get married in China.
