Hi, Please advise what we should know about Huang Long. We come in by plane arriving around 11:00 am and would like to visit Huang Long right away. How long we can stay there before leave for Jiuzhaigou hotel? About what time it will get dark?  How long it takes driving from HuangLong to JZG? The mountain road driving during the late evening OK? It is suggested that you hire a van driving to Huanglong and to Jiuzhaigou, so that you could arrange your travel time properly. You could book a van in advance or just when you arrive at the airport. From the airport to Huanglong, the journey is about 2 hours, and the journey from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou is about 3 hours. It is suggested that you leave for Jiuzhaigou around 18:00 when the dark comes. These drivers are skillful so please take it easy! Since it is already cold winter here so Huanglong may be closed, you'd better ask the airport's staff for the details when you arrive there.
