About:China Visa

Hello,I'm to come to china by land,through Khanjrab border between pakistan & china.Attentively to recent events in pakistan,is this border open right now?And can i travel to various states of china by chinese ordinary tourist visa?

I'm not sure whether Khanjrab is oen or not, but I know that your can travel everywhere in China with a China tourist visa except Tibet, Hk and Macau.
