About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

hi. my sister is needing a police clearance from china. she worked in beijing last 2006 but she is having business visa (visa type: F), is it possible for her to get the police clearance? please advise how and where we can obtain the same. is there any agency who can process the document on her behalf as she don't have any contact in china anymore. thanks for your assistance.

thanks for the reply but we already did it. china embassy just gave us the procedure and didn't advise if there are agencies who can arrange the documents on my sister's behalf. they just oonfirmed that the embassy can't issue police clearances and that it must be arranged by the applicant or her authorized party.
