About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

I'm a Nigerian Citizen living in the uk. I've told to go to Nigeria for the China Business Visa Despite the fact that I'm a permanent uk resident

if the China Embassy in UK said so, then you have to go to Nigeria to apply for the visa.
