About:Harbin Travel

My wife and 1 are travelling with 4 children age 3,13,15 and 17 yrs. We shall be at Harbin from the 4th to &th of January 2010.I am concerned about the low temp outdoor. Will someone advise us if the normal anorak with cap and scarf suffice? What about footwear?

yes, you will need big, now i mean big boots. i wore some small boots and i got frost-bite
