About:Shanghai Weather

I saw the forecast for next week, 16-20 Nov, its around 5-12 degrees, I am from the tropics, never been to anywhere below 15 degrees, do I need thermal? is wearing 2 long sleeve top sweater coat warm enough? Do hotels turn on heater in such weather? thanks!

Yes, please wear your sweater and maybe a wind-proof coat. Those star-rated hotels do have heating-system, please take it easy!
