Get yourself to Tsim Sha Tsui Metro Staion, take Tsuen Wan Line from Central Metro Station. And then get out from J2, pass through Charter Garden to Garden Road. Walk along Garden Road till you reach peak tram terminus. Then, you can take peak tram there.0

You can take Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui Pier to Central Pier but not to Victorial Peak Tram.0
