About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

Hi there.Im a NZ citizen wishing to apply for a Z work visa to work in China.I have some questions regarding the physical examination record for foreigners.
Firstly is a chest xray exam required and if so what type of xray examination?Secondly what kind of ECG exam is needed.Thirdly what kind of Laboratory Exam is required.
I understand that the company employing me will require me to undergo a medical examination once in China so Im understandably a little confused.
Thanks for your assistance in advance

Please download the PHysical Exam Form from the website below, on which it clearly states what you have to take.
I think you have to do the exam in NZ, since the China Embassy require it for the visa application.
