About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

hi,
it really confused me to have your e mail response, becoz as u said, i sent my e mail enquiry to Turkeys' consulate general in Beijein twice, but how come it answered by chinese travel agent but not responsed by Turkeys' consulate general
