WHERE IS BAIMA SIJANG AND BAIMA SIJANG IS CENTRE FASHION ?

You mean Baima Market?! It is near Guangzhou Railway Station, in Zhannan Road. It is a large clothes wholesale market, not a real centre fashion, I think, but popular to find many clothes at much cheaper price. Of course, need to negotiate the price hard.
