About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

My husband (UK citizen) and I (Dutch citizen) have permanent residency in Argentina. We will visit China next March/April. We will visit New Zealand in January\February.
Can we obtain the entry visa to China here in Buenos Aires and what would be the cost per person for us? Or is it cheaper to get the visa in New Zealand when we get there. It would have to be a double entry six month visa if we do it here, I think.
Thank you.

It is too early to apply for the China visa, you are advised to apply for the visa about one month before yout trip to China.
