About:Harbin Ice Festival

I will have a plan to visit Harbin on February 26, 2010, is it still have a Harbin Ice and Snow World Festival at that time?

Jan.5 is the openning ceremony of the festival which lasts for two months, Dec. and next Jan. i think there is a slim chance for you to get in the mood of the festival.
