About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi, I am planning to go to Cambodia after Xmas but would like to see Harbin in December, 19th-24th. Would I experience any of the ice festival in those dates? I imagine it would be cold but would like to see the ice-carvings as well.

Dear Ms.Ana from Cambodia,the period of ice and snow festival is from December to the next January though the official opening ceremony is on Jan.5th.Therefore you are able to enjoy the festival during your stay.
