About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'm going to Shenzhen next week for a 2-day trip. can I get a Shenzhen-only visa in HK?
or do I need a full chinese tourist visa? can I also get it in HK?

I think you have to apply for a China Tourist visa in Philippines in advance, since a few filipinos posted on this forum that they were not able to get China visa out of philippines.
