With a scheduled 9:30PM arrival at Beijing airport, what is the recommended transport to the Raffles Beijing Hotel from the airport?

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Wanfujing subway station and 15 minutes from Beijing railway station. Usually, the airport bus lines will stop running at 11pm or until the last fights arrival. So you can take airport shuttle bus (Line 3 runs to the railway station)and then change to a taxi to the hotel.
