About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I am not a citizen of Singapore, but on an employment pass, and need a visa to travel to HongKong.
My son wants to go to the Disney Land in HongKong and my question is this:

shall I book the package first and then apply for the visa? or apply for the visa first and then book the package ?

Thanks,
Sam
