About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hello,
Does anyone know how I can get a "report of no criminal record" from China without going to China? I lived in China for two years and in order to get my Visa to the USA I need a "report of no criminal record" from China. I have read that the only way to get it is by going to the "Public Security Bureau" in China but I am in Korea now. Does the Embassy in Korea issue these? I have tried calling the Embassy but because I dont speak chinese they hang up on me. :( Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Yes, you can try to contact the China Embassy in Korea to get some help.

Thank you Mr.Colin but I already tried the Chinese Embassy and they hang up on me because I dont speak Chinese :(
