I'm going to Shanghai in around 23th of December next month and would like to check whether the Huangpu River Cruise is operation or closed. And Around that date how is the weather temperature?? very very cold?? And the location of Hotel Holiday Inn in Shanghai Downtown located at Heng Feng Road is it convenient? Thanks! The weather will a little cold and wet but you could have a cruise along the Huangpu River all the same. Usually, the temperature could keep around 5~10C when you should wear a sweater and overcoat. The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway Station, where you could take subways or buses to explore other parts of this city easily.
