We're planning to visit either Xian or Ningxia later this November..wish to see how the Muslims celebrate the Eid Adha there. Any recommendation  where best to see this in Ningxia? Whats the weather like in Ningxia that time?. Is Ningxia street a safe place to go out, both daylight and night time? Whats the famous market (not shopping mall or big stores) selling local products (clothing or muslim items), any recommendation? Thank you

To see the celebration of Eid Adha in mosques of Yinchuan. It is cold there. As the weather forecast shows that is has been -10C in Yinchuan now. You had better get back to hotel from Ningxia Street not too late. To be safe and avoid chilliness. Xinhua Jie and Drum Tower area are the commerial zone of Yinchuan. You can get there to have a look.
