We are group of 10 including kids want to see Victoria peak after finishing symphony of lights at 8 pm. Please show me the way from symphony of lights ( avenue of stars ) to Victoria peak & tell me does this makes a sense whether Peak will be open by that time ?

Yes, the Peak was still available for you to visit. After finishing symphony of lights, get yourself to Tsim Sha Tsui Mtr Station and then take Tsuen Wan Line to Central. Locate yourself to International Financial Center (Second Phase) and then take bus no.1. It will take you to the peak.
