Is it ok to use a emergency travel certificate/document issued by the Malaysia consulate to apply for a china visa?

Can I get 5 days Visa on the spot to entry Shenzen from (Border Shenzen)to stay a night at Shenzen hotel with Malaysia passport?How much the Visa cost?
