About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

Hi, I have applied for HongKong visit visa (through Chineese Consulate in Sydney)4weeks ago but haven't received my visa yet. If it exceeds more 2 weeks I will miss my conference. I would like to ask how I can chase it up??
