We are Australia Citizen and have 2 children but my de facto husband have wife in China and 1 kid ( 17 years old ).And a fact he also hold Chinese Citizen !! How China Goverment find out about his break the rule??Will he be charged with dual Nationality?? and Bigamy ( married rule ) also he can got monthly payments from China Goverment !! is't so confused.
