About:Harbin Ice Festival

Will be in harbin for this coming christmas. Since the weather is so cold, i wonder if electronic gagets like ipod, handphone or camera will still function at that kind of temperature?

They are supposed to function but not that well. You can check your product specification and see what they are saying about your electronic gagets. Anyway you should be quick even if you can use camera.
