About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Hi I'm an airline crew member having a few days layover in Hong Kong and intend to go to Shenzhen for a day trip. Can I get a visa on arrival at Shenzhen? I'm holding a Malaysian passport. What are the fees like and is a photo required? Thank you!
