The Qin dynasty fell soon after Qin Shihaungdi (the first emperor of the Qin dynasty) in 210 B.C.E. His son took over the throne was soon over thrown and the Han dynasty took over. The ruling of the Qin dynasty was to harsh, though there were many achievements during the Qin dynasty, the people couln't take the abuse.
