His family can apply for tourist visa for family visit. The following documents are required: 1. Their original passports valid for at least 6 months valiidty 2. Completed visa application forms attached with each one' recent passport photo 3. relationship certificate, such as marriage license or birth certificate 4. copy of your boss's residence visa.
