About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Dear Mr or Mrs
I have to attend a conference in Hong kong in 7 December. please let me know what kind of Visa should I take, and how long does is take to get this Visa? Do I have enough time? i mean does the embassy give me the Visa in 1 month?
