About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi

I am a British citizen and my husband is a Malaysian. We are planning to visit Chian in August 2010, in fact we have already booked hotel in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, Yangtze Cruise and hotel in Beijing, but we have not book our air tickets as yet. Can we apply for our Chinese Visas in Kuala Lumpur, as we in Malaysia in February for the Chinese New Year.

Many thanks.

Intira

You can apply for the China visa in KL, Malaysia, but I think it is too early to apply for the visa in February. Usually, travellers are advised to apply for the visa one month before the trip.
