About:Embassy & Consulate of South Africa in China

I am a South African and travelling to Hong Kong 29 Nov. I will be goin to Taiwan after 1 - 2weeks but buying my ticket in Hong Kong. What visa do I need?? And where is the Consulate of Hong Kong in Cape Twon, South Africa??? Also what are the other requirements for a visitor to Hong Kong?

South African passport holders are exempt from visa to China for 30 days.
